Making more cards

I've spent a little time going through pictures and found multiples. Decided to send them out to relatives. What a great excuse for making cards! So while making cards for the Cinema Saturday Creative Challenge #63, decied to make cards using kraft. Here's what I came up with - what fun!!

February 20 Class - Artist Tray

I've had my eye on the Artist Tray from 7 Gypsies for some time, so I decided to make it my post holiday project. It's raining here so this has been a great afternoon project. Used Tattered Angels spray on the letters - love it!! It will hang in my breakfast area which has clay/ginger walls. The colors blend so well and I can't wait to hang it.

School Layout Number Two (2)

Those school pictures have been sitting here for a while so I finally have them in layouts - now if I could find the scrapbook they need to go into.....

Another Card - from scraps

So I was looking through my scraps of paper and came across some Melissa Francis paper from a class several years ago. Love the paper!

More Cards!!!

Inspired by cards on Moralia's Weblog, I created these cards. Used her instructions for creating the card from cardstock using the "Graphically Speaking" Cricut catridge. I do believe this is the best cartridge ever. The paper is scrap pieces from Close to My Heart and Sassafras Hog Heaven.

Guess I'm in the card making mode. It's so easy to take a few minutes and make something sweet and simple. Since it is so cold, this "Home is where the heart is" stamp seems so appropriate right now. Have not had a chance to use it. Coupled a new stamp and a Cuddlebug embossing folder - how sweet is that!!

School Picture Layout

I've had this picture for a couple of months and needed to scrap before Madison is a second grader! Used Storybook cartridge for the picture and frame - cut at 7 1/2 inches. The remainder of the items are from Plantin Schoolbook. Apples cut at 3 inches and the ribbon is 4 inches. Easy layout!! Very pleased with the outcome!!
